Temp to hire positions are available for an innovative software company who is seeking talented Call Center Software Support Rep.

Job Description:

  • Supporting software products by fielding incoming calls/emails from users
  • Assist and trouble shoot with the user via phone/on-line tools to solve the problem

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year call center experience answering phones in an IT Software Support Center
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.  Must have the ability to communicate well with clients in a inbound call setting
  • IPhone/IPad/I touch/Android/Surface knowledge
  • Working knowledge of computers and computer file management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
  • Prior experience in healthcare/medical field a plus
  • Detail oriented and possess ability to follow through with client
