Call Center Software Support Rep
Temp to hire positions are available for an innovative software company who is seeking talented Call Center Software Support Rep.
- Supporting software products by fielding incoming calls/emails from users
- Assist and trouble shoot with the user via phone/on-line tools to solve the problem
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year call center experience answering phones in an IT Software Support Center
- Strong communication skills both written and oral. Must have the ability to communicate well with clients in a inbound call setting
- IPhone/IPad/I touch/Android/Surface knowledge
- Working knowledge of computers and computer file management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Prior experience in healthcare/medical field a plus
- Detail oriented and possess ability to follow through with client
