The Operations Associate will be expected to be comfortable with a variety of clerical duties which include answering phones and emails (when necessary).
Job Description (including but not limited to the following):
- order processing and data entry
- cell phone activation
- billing on behalf of the department
- some light lifting
Skills and Requirements:
- Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel and Outlook)
- Data entry skills of 9,000 keystrokes and above
- General clerical skills
- Good customer service and phone etiquette skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
