PT Administrative Assistant needed for a home based legal type business.

Job Description:

  • Perform general administrative duties including typing letters, filing, answering phones, and executing correspondence.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills – WordPerfect is a plus. Typing 60 wpm.
  • Willing to work part time (PT) schedule
  • Animal friendly, there is a dog on premises, must be a “nonsmoker”
  • Knowing the difference between a conservatorship and a trust and some Legal background a plus
  • Excellent grammar, spelling and letter composition skills are a must.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and have the ability to proof own work.
  • A strong work ethic

This is a temporary position located in the North San Fernando Valley area paying $16.00 per hour.
