Senior Account Manager
What’s the opportunity?
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager for a Promotional Products company located in the North San Fernando Valley area.
Our client is a vertically integrated promotional merchandising and private label company with a 36 year history of providing their customers creative and innovative merchandise solutions, from concept to delivery. They offer a full-service, one-stop shopping experience with their own infrastructure of offices in Taiwan, Hong Kong and China through which they source, develop and manufacture outstanding promotional and retail merchandise.
Their client base ranges from the Cosmetic/Fragrance industry, Department/Specialty Stores, Beverage/Spirits industry, Shopping Centers/Commercial Developers, Wholesale Fashion companies. This includes corporate gift and catalog programs to licensed merchandise and more. The client is a “Preferred Vendor.”
What Skills are needed?
The ideal salesperson will have an existing, active, loyal and transferrable clientele. In addition, the salesperson should have an outstanding record in consultative selling, product development, customer service, and new business development. A winning, positive attitude, strong work ethic and the drive to reach and exceed sales goals are the attributes they are looking for. This sales leader is focused, independent and self-motivated with exceptional listening and presentation skills. Lastly, a creative sales approach and market/product savvy completes the ideal profile.
The headquarter for our client is in Los Angeles with a sales office and showroom in New York City and three sourcing offices in Asia.
Compensation for this position is based on experience and sales achievement with the emphasis on a generous commission structure.
