Operations Associate

The Operations Associate will be expected to be comfortable with a variety of clerical duties which include answering phones and emails (when necessary).

Job Description (including but not limited to the following):

  • order processing and data entry
  • cell phone activation
  • filing
  • billing on behalf of the department
  • some light lifting

Skills and Requirements:

  • Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel and Outlook)
  • Data entry skills of 9,000 keystrokes and above
  • General clerical skills
  • Good customer service and phone etiquette skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

This is a temporary assignment located in the Conejo Valley area.  Please call for additional information.
