Tech Support Representatives
Three possible temporary to hire positions are available with an innovative software company who is currently seeking talented Tech Support Representatives.
Job Description (including but not limited to the following):
- Supporting software products by fielding incoming calls and emails from users
- Assist and trouble shoot with the user via phone and on-line tools to solve the problem
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum one year call center experience answering phones in an IT Software Support Center
- Strong communication skills both written and oral. Must have the ability to communicate well with clients in a inbound call setting
- IPhone, IPad, I touch, Android, Surface knowledge is strongly desired
- Working knowledge of computers and computer file management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
- Prior experience in healthcare and/or medical field a plus
- Detail oriented and possess the ability to follow through with clients
