Technical Call Center Rep
We have an opening for a Technical Call Center Rep with strong customer service skills and IPhone/IPad experience. This position does require some basic technical skill sets.
Job Description (including but not limited to the following):
- Supporting software products by fielding Incoming calls and emails from users
- Assist and trouble shoot with the user via phone and on-line tools to solve the problem
- Maintaining client files and order history
- Assisting other departments as needs
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year call center experience answering phones
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Accurate and rapid typing and data entry skills are highly desirable
- IPhone/IPad/I-touch/Android/Surface knowledge extremely helpful
- Working knowledge of computers and computer file management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Apple software products
- Prior experience in healthcare and/or medical field a plus
- Detail oriented and possess ability to follow through with client
